FYI...
Please excuse the rambling The Pittsylvania County BOS will hold several meetings during the next few days.
On Thursday, Nov. 1, there is a called meeting of the BOS regarding Chapter 17, Article III, found in this email by scrolling down. Special called meetings, last minute legislative meetings, and cancellation of meetings BOS that is causing confusion and can result in lack of citizen participation.
Please note, the legislative committee which will have "discussion of uranium mining and milling" is at 5 PM on Nov. 5th.
The regular meeting of the BOS is at 7 PM, Nov. 5th. on the same day. At present, "discussion of uranium mining and milling", is on that agenda as well. It does not say discussion of a resolution.
