Board of Supervisors to hold citizens forum
The Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors will hold a citizens forum on the proposed Uranium Mining and Milling in Pittsylvania County,
on July 9, 2012, at the General District Court room, starting at 7 PM.
Please mark your calendar and plan to attend this important forum.
We want this forum to generate suggestions on the direction that you would like the Board of Supervisors to take to protect the health and welfare of Pittsylvania County Citizens e.g., local Government ordinances, etc.
Your comments and ideas will serve as a resource in our decision-making on important issues.
There are some ground rules.
Due to time constraints, only citizens who reside in Pittsylvania County will be allowed to make comments.
Each person will be required to sign the roster indicating that he/she wishes to speak, and will have 4 minutes to make comments.
