HB1438- Goods produced or manufactured within State; not subject to federal law, federal regulation, etc.
Comment: Okay, I do not want a lot of federal govt in my life but the following bill looks strange to me! Virginia has the second dirtiest rivers in the US, the Chesapeake Bay got a D+ and Virginia Beach gets shut down allot in the summer for pollution! Mt. Top Removal is destroying the oldest mountains in the world, destroying families and destroying our streams! Now the state is pushing for uranium mining maybe with no regulations, this may not comply but still.....
