Dismantled bombs provide nuclear fuel, keeping uranium prices down: Radioactive Warning

Comment: So uranium prices are way down. So this proves the boom to burst theory of uranium mining! The price of uranium ore goes down, mines and mills shut down. The federal government controls uranium, so VA uranium will go to the federal govt and not directly to nuke plants, like some of the uranium pushers like for us to believe!  So review the following article about the price of uranium is down! No to uranium mining, we do not need it, keep it in the ground!

It begs the questions: why haven’t prices of (uranium) spiked yet?

Where is the (uranium supply) coming from to meet current demand?

The answer is: nuclear bombs. A New York Times article from November 11, 2009, revealed that nuclear power plants in the United States get a large amount of their fuel from dismantled Russian and U.S. bombs.

But can’t uranium miners simply increase their output?

That’s the problem: cheap uranium, like cheap oil, is getting increasingly difficult to find – and artificially low uranium prices bolstered by government stockpiles has a deleterious effect on uranium miners.
