NAS Meeting: Uranium Mining in Virginia

Look at the Video by NAS, sounds great but NAS pushes Nuke Power as CO2 free, really, I mean really, a bunch of so call "scientist" sounds like the Nuke Propaganda spews out every day!

Comment: Everyone needs to go DC and tell the NAS to get rid of the Gang of Four who has ties to mining and nuclear power!  However, the NAS supports nuclear power, therefore , supports uranium mining, the start of the Nuke Cycle of Death:  "Strategically chosen, complementary policies are necessary to assure rapid progress in key areas such as: increasing energy efficiency; accelerating the development of renewable energy sources; advancing full-scale development of new-generation nuclear power and carbon capture and storage systems; and retrofitting, retiring, or replacing existing emissions-intensive energy infrastructure. Research and development of new technologies that could help reduce emissions more cost effectively than current options also should be strongly supported." http://www8.nationalacademies.org/onpinews/newsitem.aspx?RecordID=05192010
